HSToday.com Reports on Warner’s Views at CHSF Fundraiser

The 1 October online issue of HSToday.com highlights former Governor Mark Warner’s views on the need for more than just federal funding for homeland security needs. Warner shared his views during the CHSF fundraiser at Old Dominion University on 29 September. In the article, “Mark Warner Pushes for Improved Port Security” they note Warner’s observation of China’s ability to scan 100% of the containers moving through its ports.
