Making Charitable Contributions
The Commonwealth Homeland Security Foundation will gather funds from individuals, foundations, and corporations throughout Virginia with the purpose of allowing tax-advantaged giving for programs, research and applied technologies in emergency preparedness. The CHSF will coordinate its efforts with state and local governments and colleague academic institutions and will be advised in this process by Abrams Learning and Information Systems, Inc.
